Die koshuis is ‘n trotse deel van die geskiedenis van La Rochelle en bestaan uit vier geboue wat ongeveer 223 kosgangers kan huisves.
Die hoofgebou met sy Art Decostyl is in 1935 opgerig en vorm die kern van die koshuislewe.
Two restored houses also provide accommodation. Eendracht is one of the original historical buildings on the premises, dating from 1880, while Navarre is situated in Du Toit Street.
In 2022, the En Avant Trust took the decisive step of acquiring the Toringkerk’s Pastorie through the generous bequest of Ms. D C le Roux (Principal 1963-1991). In 2024, this space was transformed into a La Rochelle GHS residence, providing hostel accommodation for 13
learners.
